I got a new computer with Vista and tried the Vista driver installation instructions from several weeks ago. My computer recognized the device initially, but after a failed firmware upgrade attempt, the device no longer seems to be working. I've tried logging into the device through the software and through the IP address method, but the device seems not to be present. I've reset the device, but the computer doesn't recognize it no matter what.
Could the device have been damaged during the upgrade process? What do I do next? I have a non working unit now that the computer doesn't recognize.
What's next? Do I return the unit?

Hi Bruce, Which version of
Hi Bruce,
Which version of firmware did you fail to upgrade to? Your problem sounds similar to others that have been posted in the last few days.
Did you try "upgrading" to v1.10.0.10? This version of firmware is incompatible with the Vista driver, which would explain why you can't reach it. Please try following the instructions given in the other threads (you'll need access to an XP machine running the older driver).
Let me know if this helps,

Sondigo Audio Bridge Buffer
I installed the audio bridge per instuctions w/ original software/firmware. The bridge worked great the first time and then occasionaly there after. When it fails to work, everything looks nominal, but the buffer does not fill, nothing I try seems to remedy the situation. Has anyone had problems simular who might enlighten me to a problem resolution. It is pretty disappointing to have this thing work only occassionaly. I'm running the software on windows XP. Any help at all is appreciated!
