Hi just wondering if there exists an adapter that would allow optical digital cable (Toslink-to-3.5mm converter) and an analogue 3.5mm stereo cable to be plugged into the Callisto at the same time?
Like a double adapter, 2 to 1 so that you don't need to switch cables if you want digital or analogue out. Then you would just switch mode in the software only.

While it's technically
While it's technically possible since the Callisto can send analog output and 2-channel digital PCM out simultaneously, I don't think I've ever seen a connector that can receive both signals simultaneously. It seems kind of obscure, but you might be able to find something at an electronics place like mouser.com.
Any success finding such adapter?
I've a similar scenario. I would like to be able to switch/choose between the analogue and digital output.
The analogue output connected direct to the TV's speakers, and digital to my 5.1 system..
Sometimes you'll like to just watch TV without the massive theater sound.. A dual connection would allow this without switching cables...
I'm currently consider to open the dongle and solder a plain 3.5 output my self...

Hi Magnus, I'm still not
Hi Magnus,
I'm still not aware of such an adapter. You might be able to find something that splits the optical signal to two different outputs.
