Can you connect 2 callisto adapters to the same PC? Will the PC recognise them as two different sound cards?
Can you connect both of them to a powered usb hub? They would not both be used at the same time. I need one digital output and one analogue stereo output in another room, don't want to run more cable just want to connect anaother callisto to existing usb hub.
Unless of course there is a double adapter available that allows both output types to be connected to the 3.5mm jack on the callisto.

This is something I have not tried, but I don't think it would work very well. I believe the driver can only feed one Callisto at a time, and it can't run two instances of itself at the same time.

I only want to feed one callisto at a time, one for analogue line out and one for digital, just don't want to switch over cables.
What I need to know is whether my PC will rocognise the two callisto adapters as different sound cards ie callisto 1 and callisto 2 when they are both plugged into different usb ports at the same time on the same hub? Then I can witch between them to output analogue or digital sound without changing cables?

I still don't think it will work, if you have both Callistos plugged in simultaneously. The driver can't handle switching between two Callisto units.
If you only plugged in one at a time, it would be fine, but I'm guessing that defeats the purpose.
