If you have a Hotmail account and are wondering why we aren't responding to your email/support request, we have been having problem with their mail servers lately. It seems they have classified our server as a spammer for some reason. Our hosting people tell us this should be resolved in a few days, so just sit tight, or better yet, post to the forums instead.
