Anyone else having mild stutters with online gaming?Whenever I play a First Person Shooter online the sound stutters for a split second once every hour.Offline I have no problems.Tried every driver on the planet.I've down clocked I've overclocked I've flashed to different bioses I've used a different NIC I've moved the card to different PCI slots currently its in the only slot that doesn't share its IRQ with the onboard hardware like SATA/NIC/Audio ect...If I use the onboard Realtek or my old Audigy 2ZS I get no stuttering at all.Anyone else?

I tried a couple of different NICs to no avail. It stutter's even when creating a server & just running thru it solo.I think its related to punkbuster checks.I only play 3 games online,Battlefield 2/Battlefield 2142/Call Of Duty 4 all of which have Punkbuster.I noticed while flying solo thru call of Duty 4 punkbuster flashes a message saying that my DX9.dll is valid, shortly before that message flashes on screen I stutter.I did the old swann dive into Vista 64-bit,been on it since my last post & am happy to say that there is no stuttering at all.Of course the sound quality isn't at XP levels yet but I'll trade it for a stutter free experience. So the problem is solved in Vista, guess I'll just hangout here.
Very strange. Does the
Very strange. Does the stutter coincide with any high CPU/memory usage or networking activity? Do you have a different networking card that you can test with?
