Hi i recently upgraded to this inferno from a SBlive 24 and what a difference. I only have one question. In my sound properties on Vista 32, I can only set it to 48khz. Any higher and I get no sound. however when I use the inferno driver settings i can set all the way up to 192khz without any problems. Whith the properties lower than the driver itself, am I hearing the 48 or the 192?

It should work with any of the audio settings provided by Vista (48k, 92k, 192k). Did you try re-starting the audio application after changing the setting?
Also, depending on what kind of audio you're playing, the sample rate setting won't really make a difference. CD (and almost all mp3) audio is actually sampled below 48k, so setting the sample rate to 192k will not help in this case.
