Sirocco Continuous Connection Problem

I don't have problem getting the Sirocco setup correctly. My problem is the connection is never maintained. Once I shutdown my computer for the night then restart in the morning, the connection is lost. I then have to uninstall the driver and re-install to get another connection. My OS is Windows XP.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix for this?

Which driver/firmware are you using? Do you have any firewall or virus protection software running on the PC?

I'm using the Windows XP/ Vista Driver and have Norton Anti virus for my firewall.

Can you try disabling Norton

Can you try disabling Norton Anti virus on start up and see if that allows you to connect to the Sirocco?

I had a similar problem. In my case I use ZoneAlarm so I added 192.168.1.254 as a trusted IP. Don't know Norton's FW, but I'm sure it has a way to add trusted IP addresses.
