Device not found! Vista

First install with CD 1.x Device was found in normal setup but Scan for Audio did not list Sirocco even though Wireless light was green so I uninstalled application and downloaded Vista 32 package 2.0 and installed app successfully. This time Setup Device wizard reported Device not found! Lan and Wireless lights were green. ???
