There is definitly something wrong with the line in and microphone inputs on my Inferno. I have tried recording stuff on both and I get a popping sound that is constant throughout (even loss of sound from the left or right channel randomly). I have been testing this for a few weeks and I have verified that it isn't my source im recording from, I've tested with my internal soundcard and my sound blaster audigy 2 nx external usb sound card and recording from the same source has been fine. I also tested the card on my other PC to see if the same problem was there (Since I was using Vista on my main computer I thought maybe it would be fine if it were on XP), and it still was. I tested old drivers as well and it was a no go. I checked my order history on NCIX where I bought it (back in August) and it said I am supposed to contact Sondigo to handle my Warranty. So how does the process work and how do I go about this?

Hi, Sounds like you have
Hi,
Sounds like you have done a bunch of tests and the hardware has in fact gone bad.
Our policy is for customers to deal with warranty replacements through the place of purchase. In the case of NCIX, they have told other customers differently in the past, but if you email them at (rma at ncix.com), they will be able to process your replacement, and they will deal with us directly.

Aaron

Hi Jeff,
NCIX provides a 30 day warranty on the sound card. The remainder of the warranty is covered through Sondigo. As the item is past 30 days from date of receipt you will need to contact Sondigo directly.
