MAC..... Did I mention MAC?

Dear Santa,

Please tell me there is development to get the Callisto to work with MAC OSX and other flavors? As multimedia rich as the MAC is, this gizmo just seems to be MADE for it. The only 5.1 digital output I know of currently for MAC is the FireWave. The Apple market is crying for more options!!

I also own a Windows Ultimate PC with Media Center Extender to my Xbox 360. So what I want in my dream world, is a Sondigo Callisto for my MAC and another Callisto for my PC and/or Xbox, each with a digital cable going into a Pioneer HTP-XGS1 5.1 surround system.

Music and/or vid's from my MAC. Xbox and/or other games from my PC.

Yeah. That would be good enough for me. And Santa... I've sort'a been good this year. Sort'a.

Hi,
No plans for a native Mac driver at this time, unfortunately- there is no driver support for the underlying chip in OS X.

With that said, the Callisto is USB class-compliant, which means you can get 2-channel output from it on OS X without installing a driver.
