I still get sound even when its Muted

I am running Windows Vista. I have muted Windows using Windows' built-in mute functionality. However, I still receive sound out of my Callisto. Its like it is ignoring the Windows Mute.

Yes it is. It might just be a problem with my computer. I need to reformat this thing anyways, so I dunno.
