Hi,
There is a lot of information buried in the support forums, only a fraction of which is reflected in the FAQs.
Hence, being able to search the forums is invaluable.
While I know that it can be done using Google's site search, I bet there are many people who've never used this feature, and may not even know of it.
Also, from a convenience standpoint, one would expect a search function right there at the forums--even if it just passes a site-specific query straight through to Google.
Should that not be feasible, then please post instructions on how to do a site-specific search in conspicuous locations, such as
- the 'sticky' note in the forums mentioning the FAQs
- in the FAQs themselves.
Thanks for listening.

Hi Michael, Thanks for the
Hi Michael,
Thanks for the suggestion. We did have a search function previously, but the results were poor, as was the performance.
To search the forum, I generally use Google with the "site:sondigo.com" filter. This ensures that all search results are from the sondigo.com site.
Here are some example queries using this technique:
site:sondigo.com sirocco
site:sondigo.com driver updates
I'll add this to the forum FAQ as well, as you suggested.
Cheers,
Aaron
