I am trying to use the analog connection into my receiver, but get no sound. I am connecting into the CD input on the receiver. Have tried both the surround and headphone/Front jacks out of Sirroco. Any advice?

Is the blue light blinking, or is it solid? Another thing to ensure is that you are starting the audio program *after* you connect to the Sirocco.

And yes, I am starting the program after.
I cn get it to work through the optical connection, but my receiver only has one optical and I'm using that for my tv sound. Would rather use one of the multiple extra analog ports if possible.

Could you make sure the optical output format is NOT Dolby Digital Live? When that mode is selected, the analog output is muted.
