More Belkin Pre-N issues

Trying to get this working on a Belkin Pre-N network and not able to connect wirelessly. Device shows up, but when I try to connect, it dissappears.
I am able to connect via ethernet, but device still disappears after disconnecting.
I'm trying to upgrade firmware/software to 2.1, but when running wizard for upgrade, it is prompting for user name & password and I'm not sure what to enter. My Sondigo web login doesn't work. All attempts come back with 'timeout' response.

Belkin is running Firmware 1.01.03
Sirocco Firmware 1.10.010
Software 1.0.48.4

I was able to reset it to factory defaults, upgrade the firmware to V1.0.0 and the software to 2.1.0
I am now connecting and playing music. Will let it run for a while to see if there are any buffer issues, but for now it's working great.
