I just installed Sirocco Wireless Audio Bridge and it works pretty good, however the I seem to be getting audio dropouts for some reason. Does anyone know a quick fix for this?
Hmm, that appears to be a newer model than we have dealt with before, although it's possible that the problem exists with that chipset as well. What does the buffer graph look like when the dropouts are occurring?
That looks like it could be a symptom of the issue that we had with other chipsets.

In my case I solve this on a somewhat older machine (win XP) by giving the cmflywav.exe process a higher (even realtime) priority via the taskmanager (taskmgr). After this, the audio stream will run much smoother. If this doesn't fix your problem, watch the processes closely at the time of spikes. Is there a process that uses a lot of CPU at these times? Maybe you can cose the related applications, or give these processes a low priority.
