Computer: ThinkPad laptop with SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio driver
OS: Windows Vista Business
Driver and firmware: v2.*7* (only published via a forum post)
Dynamic audio switching: on
The symptom--cmflywav.exe at 100% CPU utilization--occurs sporadically
- after waking the computer from standby
- after waking it from hibernation
It's virtually impossible to control the computer at that point.
Sometimes,the symptom is that, while CPU utilization is normal, my Sirocco does not show up as an online device in the control panel.
