Hi,
I'm getting prepared to migrate to Windows 7.
I have lots of peripherals, therefore I'm searching whether or not they will be supported under Windows 7.
So what about the Callisto? Will the Vista drivers do, or if not is there any plan for Windows 7 ?
Thanks

Works but with restrictions
I was able to install the driver and then followed heiko's instructions.
It does set the Callisto to DTS mode and when I test the speakers in "playback devices" it plays all 5.1 which is great.
However, for me when I oped my media player and youtube, it was not in 5.1 (both of these worked in 5.1 when I had XP).
I never tried to play any games in 5.1 but I believe that it will work just as heiko said.
For me I will probably just have to wait until the official Windows 7 drivers come out unless anyone has any ideas on how to get my media player and youtube to work with 5.1 in the regedit?
I would also like to thank heiko for helping everyone out!
ok if you can install the
ok if you can install the driver, but can not open the controll panel to enable 5.1 here is a work around...
i give no guarantee, but it worked for me, use at own risk:
open regedit.exe
go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\
search for SpDigitalOut
Change the value from 00 00 00 00 to 20 00 00 00
create a binary variable in the same folder as SpDigitalOut
set it to 04 00 14 00
this will set callisto to DTS mode
i can run all of my games in 5.1 again, the controll panel will still freeze my computer.
I hope I could help. Enjoy

The driver install fine but the software to make your audio 5.1 will not open. In fact, it freezes your computer until you hold the power button to shut down. If you have had better luck, let me know!
