sondingo Inferno

I had this card for about 2 years..now.
last night I used a free sound recorder to record from a video to hard drive through the sound card. It work fine...this morning I tried to listen to audio and its very low and hard to hear. I connected to my headphones direct to the green sound card slot and the sound is very low..not loud like it used to be. I uninstalled the sondingo inferno audio driver from control panel and rebooted then reinstalled the drivers I had on the original disk.. also check the sound and audio to make sure its the master controller ..Also check and made sur its the only drivers for audio installed. Can you help me...or is this a defective card now..and if so,,can it be repaired sinced the warrenty was over a while back..
Any help would be appreciated
The free sound recorder, I used before without a problem. I even uninstalled it before I made the change in uninstalling the sondingo drivers and reinstalling them
