OK
I think you will only need a limited API to use Sirocco with your system. Sirocco responds to the PC's volume controls, and if you want to pick a song to play through Sirocco, what you really want to do is control the media player remotely- I see your system can do this already.
The only remote controls for the Sirocco that I think you would need are to connect and disconnect from devices. EQ and Environment effects would also be useful. We'll put this request in to our software team.
Thanks,
Aaron

We are playing with a home interface that controls various IP enabled devices. The pilot version supports the Barix Exstreamer and the Nuvo multi-zone amp.
Basic functionality would be to send the mp3 file to the device via TCP or UDP, vol, base, treb...
You can check out http://service.homeface.net - don't need the barix box to play with it as you can run with PC based media players WMP, WinAmp,...
Not yet...
Hi,
There isn't a published API at the moment, but it is something we could look into. What functionality to you want to access through the API?
